Shipping Policy

Once sold, our products cannot be returned. But to give you an excellent experience, we will work with you depending on the issue.

Isabelly’s Chocolates & Sweet Treats cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We have spent considerable time and effort to understand all the issues that may occur in shipping our chocolate products; and we have found ways to overcome these issues for the most part. However, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is beyond our control. We also are not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due circumstances beyond our control including weather.

We only ship products Monday through Wednesday. This ensures that products arrive in a timely fashion without adding an extra shipping day during the weekend. During the summer, we use our proven insulated package to ensure the product stays cool for 2-3 days without damage as much as possible. There is an extra charge for our insulated shipping boxes.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email yummy.isabellys@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will contact you immediately.  We will do our best to provide you with a positive “Isabelly’s Chocolates & Sweet Treats” experience.
